1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DataFlowMapper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataFlowMapper for your internal business purposes.

3. Data Processing & Retention

DataFlowMapper processes your data transformations using isolated, short-term processing storage. Data uploaded for processing is retained for a maximum of 24 hours to ensure availability and reliability, after which it is automatically and permanently purged. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times.

4. Enterprise & GDPR (DPA)

For Enterprise users or those subject to GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The DPA includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure compliant data transfers. You can view our DPA at dataflowmapper.com/dpa.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Your use of DataFlowMapper is subject to the usage limits defined in your applicable subscription plan. "Unlimited" plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent abuse that degrades the service for others. We reserve the right to throttle your access or suspend your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage patterns of our customer base.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior that threatens the stability or performance of our infrastructure.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on DataFlowMapper are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DataFlowMapper or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DataFlowMapper, even if DataFlowMapper has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. AI Features & Credits

Probabilistic Nature: AI-powered features (e.g., auto-mapping) use probabilistic models that may produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before using them.

Credits: AI Credits represent an estimate of processing resources. We do not guarantee a specific number of tokens per credit. Credits consumed by failed requests, network issues, or unsatisfactory AI outputs are non-refundable.

10. Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Service infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify our Designated Copyright Agent using the contact information below (a "Notification").
